Service Learning Course was extremely beneficial and taught many skills
Quality Management and Process Improvement (Former Employee) – Cincinnati, OH – February 6, 2018
This course, Quality Management and Process Improvement at Xavier University, allowed Seniors to work at a Federally Qualified Health Center. This experience allowed students to work with providers and patients, as well as required individual and team work. This course also taught many skills regarding quality improvement and different ways to identifying areas of improvement.
