It depends on your location. Minneapolis and Denver employees who work downtown do not get paid parking but there are lots of transportation options to get downtown including light rail. The other locations have company owned parking lots where you do not have to pay.

Here in Colorado your experience is not considered, you have to be related to someone to get a job, I ran boilers for 4 years in the navy and I am also a maintenance electrician (for 10 years) and could not land a job with this company
