Xerox is a strongly focused on personal development and skills.
As a Contract Instructor I delivered Product relevant training to Field Technicians. As a Contract Instructor you are paid an hourly rate without benefits. The rewards come from helping others to learn new technical skills and having a positive effect on the overall success of the company.

My co-workers were amazing, but the management and its uncertainty made the job horrible. If it had not been for my co-workers I would not have been there for 11 years.
Manager in Palo Alto, CA
on June 3, 2021
No more matching 401k. Health benefits are just average. No raises or cost of living, even before Covid. People leave or are laid off, RIF'd, and never replaced. Remaining workforce now has to do more with less every day.
