With employees plus it has lost all honor from the time I worked in Xerox 1979. Xerox was best known for best organization in all departments, HRpolicies and procedures. Every employee had an even fare Medical HOMO Insurance group plan. Xerox needs a lead CEO to run the company on an even margin. A leader that can run the whole corp. Respectfully and honestly.
Co workers are great but certain long term middle management are down right ignorant to employees..take a tip and learn to encourage employees instead of only offering rude , negative comments or completely ignoring people who depend on you help them.succeed. One in particular has been the reason for so much turnover of staff
In Rochester sad and no way! If you say good morning on the elevator you will be greated with eye rolls, a sigh, and the other "person" deciding to pretend their phone went off without you noticing. The building is filthy and security has been let go.
Lots of young female wearing skin tight jeans, long cut shirts and huge earrings. The atmosphere was extremely unprofessional and employees looked like they were on their way to the club. They also sounded like it as well.
There wasn't really too much about culture, they were more southern. Most are happy.
