The interview was not terribly tough. If you can use a computer and a smartphone, you will do fine.
Xerox is a fast-paced work environment where my day consists of receiving many phone calls and emails from customers or potential customers with various inquiries, resolving technical problems other job-related functions.
I was privileged to have the opportunity to work for Xerox and received what I feel was outstanding on the job training which prepared me as well as my fellow co-workers for the task we were hired to do, which is " Provide Quality Customer Service to the Customer".
