The management are click related. My experience is that if you disagree with a directive that will effect your home life balance that will look to dismiss you with wrongful termination and the HR department works with the management team not the employee making the complaint.

you are on your own from when you get in the truck to finished job

management lies to cover for each other they expect you do other peoples job as in have a delivery team dropping product off at customers house in garage or in the house then have another team go back to that house to install italso they give all the work to the teams that get done if you are slow at you job you will have less work and if you are fast trying to get done your job they will keep adding work to you.

Rough company to work for

Excessive hours, terrible communication, zero appreciation.I was an operations manager or known now as manager of LM operations when I was hireded I was told I would work 10 to 12 hour days 6 days a week as a manager that is a descent schedule but never happened. In reality it is more like 14 to 16 hours days 6 days a week but every week have to check emails on Sundays or you start behind on Monday. the home work balance for this position is terrible as a result of this job I am currently getting divorced because of it. This job will put your marriage to the test so be ready for itIf you are in need of hiring someone it takes months to get a position approved by upper management, so be aware you WILL be working in the warehouse a good part of your day.Communication within the company is abysmal at best, I would have to send multiple emails and tag upper management just to complete some daily tasks. I consistently was given big last minute projects from my mangers with little to no guidance on expected outcomes and unrealistic same day deadlines on top of my mountain work I already had.Zero appreciation for for inventiveness, entrepreneurship, and for just doing a good job in general.This job is not for entry-level managers you need to be a 3 to 5 Years seasoned manager in order to make it at this company in this position.Furthermore as an operations manager you will be forced to make executive-level decisions that are way out of your pay scale with little to no guidanceYou will send a lot of emails that will be ignored I sent thousands of emails specifically related projects I was involved in not by choice with little to no response at all. Hands down the worse communication I've ever seen in a company.Be prepared for last minute new customer onboarding webinars, it will happen all the time, as well as some new customers onboarding that never happens until the the product arrives on the dock and you're left to figure it out.

Stressfull not a fun place

This place is overwhelming. Working there you have no life. It literally consumes you.Most people that work there are new and won't last long because this place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

No room for advancement

There's no room to advance at least in my Miami location. Job became boring, answer calls from drivers who need help out in the road. It was always the same either customer was home for the driver to make delivery, condo wasn't allowing the delivery to be made. Solution was calling customer and most of the time getting yelled at for mistakes the driver made or the company we were delivering for.
