COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We continue to take the safety of our communities and employees very seriously regarding COVID-19. For current employees, we’ve taken extra steps to protect everyone by closely following the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to reduce risk factors. We’ve also added Pandemic Paid Sick Leave, instituted alternate work arrangements and encouraged employees to safeguard their mental health by utilizing our Employee Assistance Program. Our business has continued to grow, so we're also taking special measures during our hiring/interviewing processes to ensure the safety of future employees. We’re using video interviewing platforms and offering temperature checks and socially distanced interviews at our drive-thru hiring events.

Employees Grow at XPO

We’re a company that’s going places and we want our people to take us there! When our employees decide they’re ready for more responsibility, a different role, a promotion or higher pay, the Grow at XPO program provides a clear path to help them take that next step. Grow at XPO participants receive one-on-one mentorship from a local, on-site Grow Champ throughout their journey. They also receive custom learning plans, progress check-ins, role-based training and interview prep to advance their skills. We’re passionate about what we do, and we want passionate employees who can help us reach our goals while building their dream careers.

Safety is our #1 goal

We put safety first, for our employees, communities and customers. One of our main objectives is to achieve zero job-related injuries and accidents. We use training and technology to constantly keep improving our safety ecosystem, and we have XPO safety professionals positioned across our operating regions. Our global Road to Zero initiative and strict compliance measures are the foundations of our commitment to safety. Through this commitment to safety, we achieve recordable rates that are below industry averages for accidents and OSHA incidents.

Find your next mission at XPO

Whether you want to build on your experience or branch out in a new direction, you’ll find a career that fits your goals at XPO. We support hiring military veterans and reservists – and we believe that the skills you developed while in the service will help us succeed together. Your next step is an important one. Talk to us about a role in operations, sales, technology, truck driving, safety, compliance, customer service, procurement, human resources or other areas that interest you.

Moving the world forward

Innovation is driving more than our own success and that of our customers. It’s how we’re contributing to solving pressing global challenges and propelling positive change. We focus on two main areas when it comes to environmental sustainability: working to reduce the footprint of our own operations and collaborating with our customers on action plans to improve the sustainability of their operations.

Our Diversity and Inclusion Commitment

At XPO, we believe in welcoming everyone—regardless of gender or gender identity, race or ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status or disability. In this way, we create respectful workplaces with a diversity of talents and perspectives. We believe it’s imperative that our company reflects the diverse makeup of the communities we serve. Our focus on diversity is evident in our Values and our Code of Business Ethics, which define XPO as respectful and non-discriminatory. Our commitment, however, goes beyond just saying the right things. It’s about doing the right things. Results will always matter to us, and they matter the most when they come from behavior that is fair, respectful, lawful and honest. Beyond our operations, our company is a strong proponent of supplier diversity. We make contracting opportunities available to businesses owned by women, minorities, veterans and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We also support businesses associated with people with disabilities, as well as supplier initiatives that reflect our values and that benefit underrepresented groups.
