How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at XPO? What are the steps along the way?

Forever it would seem. I interviewed for a position, and got called back within 2 days for a second interview back in mid December. He we are in mid February and the position is still open and I'm not getting any return correspondence o any of my phone calls or emails. When they do answer my calls all I here is that they don't know why its taking so long to fill the position.

After I was hired it took two weeks to complete drug test, physical and background to come back with final approval. Michigan takes time getting your background check back from Advantage.

Did not take too long due to that I was referred by a friend.
So that helped the process a lot.
