One can have any position they want as long as they interview well! Not based on ability or proven work ethic!
They will not promote or give raises and will look for any reason to fire you and not allow you access to your benefits.
Seniority. The harder workers don’t get promoted if people have been there longer. Whoever been there longer gets the promotion first
