Very organized company with good work schedules and good workplace culture. The breaks are great and they dont take 30 mins out for breaks which is a plus.

Very supportive managers

XPO is a very good company to work for. Mangers are nice, IT systems are efficient. Workplace is business casual. Great work/life balance. Benefits are decent.

Terrible Team

Management is terrible, I mean run away they bend the rules in their favor and show favoritism a lot. Poor communication, issue get swept under the rug.

Good job

Great place to work hours are good waiting on expansions and more hours. Hopefully we will get all the new trucks ordered in next year. Maybe we’ll get more routes and more daytime linehaul routes with no dock work on either end

Suspect, nephalism within the company. Like all the rest, full of broken promises. Expect to work as a open window driver for the first year or two, or three.
