Fair pay decent production nice customers

worked here for two years, boss was laidback and let me take time off when needed, customers treat you well since you're installing their appliances and they want them to woRK. Inclusive environment most of the employees are nice work is pretty simple.

Pros

Can control when you finish your shift based on productivity

Cons

Considered your own contractor even though your not really so you have to pay higher taxes.

I enjoyed working for XPO Logistics i was a good work experience good pay the worst part is the appliances and the customers also the store can be a problem if they dont have everything ready for you when its time to load up that Usually makes us have long work day but ovarall its a ok job

Good company to work for

This was a good company to work for. The contracts given were good. The only complaint was the applications that developed the work orders were sometimes out of touch creating work hours to be extended when unnecessary

Former contractor for xpo logistics

Independent Contractor (Former Employee) - Gilbert, AZ - September 28, 2022

Xpo has never paid settlements correctly. Any money they owe you for work completed or money promised for bailing them out of their endless issues is never paid. My advice to any contractor or business owner is to never sign a contract with xpo. Whatever money you think you will make is not gonna happen. Stay away from xpo unless you enjoy headache after headache
