Reviews for Mail Carrier in XPO
Was awesome at first…
Carrier Representative (Former Employee) - Ann Arbor, MI - January 22, 2022
Had amazing management when I hired in. When I left, I only had one manager I respected, one other one that I liked (he was on my team before he was a manager) the other one I couldn’t understand why or how she continued to be promoted. Some skate through and others are left to feel like you constantly had to prove your worth. I always felt like I was their “whomever needs help” person. I knew how to do everything within the system and after new management was in place.. I was not one of the “chosen” ones.
Pros
Catered lunches, flexible on hours, great PTO earning
Cons
You can’t escape it, the work follows you home or out or on vacation or grocery shopping, You never know when you will get a phone call, Constant checking of email while off the clock, Doing things off the clock regularly, Didn’t feel appreciated or that I could advance within the company.

Was Great
Senior Carrier Procurement Rep (Former Employee) - Nashville, TN - April 3, 2021
Great experience with a lot of knowledgeable co workers. I highly recommend XPO within the transportation sector. Pay and benefits were really good. If management hadn't change I would still be there.
Pros
Benefits, pay, culture
Cons
Management changed at my office and pretty much destroyed the entire office.

young environment
Carrier Representative (Former Employee) - Louisville, KY - March 3, 2020
At times it was a pretty toxic place to work but good money could be made.It would get hectic at times. Everyone had to take care of their numbers and that meant doing (legally) all you could to make that happen.
