Stop the Bully Management style, doesn't work - won't work. You will lose every good manager you have. You take care of your people THEY will take care of your customers. But beat them like a bad dog, you will continue the revolving door of employees.

Change upper managers yet again. New waive of managers, no good for the longevity of this company!

Stop telling employees they have a certain schedule then making every Saturday and/or Sunday "mandatory"! People have a life out side of Xpress Global Systems and despite what the company thinks... we can't just plan our life around a last minute mandatory day! Also the pay could be ALOT better!
