Change upper managers yet again. New waive of managers, no good for the longevity of this company!
Stop telling employees they have a certain schedule then making every Saturday and/or Sunday "mandatory"! People have a life out side of Xpress Global Systems and despite what the company thinks... we can't just plan our life around a last minute mandatory day! Also the pay could be ALOT better!
Come out of there cooshy office and do the jobs with the equipment and lack of help that they expect there employees to do.....
