not a lot of structure
Warehouse Lead/Forklift Operator (Former Employee) –  Grapevine, TXJune 21, 2018
only $3.00 raise in 13 years. no real structure employees seem to be able to call in often without any repercussions. they have many logs in the fire and oversell their space.

Dock Worker (Former Employee) –  Riverview, FLMay 7, 2018
Little to no equipment. No safety. The head boss is very rude and very power hungry. They hire managers with no experience and very young. just overall not a good place to work. its not worth the pay.

I really enjoyed most of the people I worked with there.
The hardest part of the job is unloading rolls of carpet by yourself.
The day usually starts around 7a.m. and ends about 6p.m.

Operations Clerk- Operations Department (Former Employee) –  Anaheim, CAApril 19, 2018
Company is a typical transportation and warehousing company. In my experience they were more concerned with saving a few dollars than helping their employees succeed. Out dated technology, Poor overall management (my direct manager was great), serious lack of communication and policy enforcement. Hostile customer service calls were a constant. Not a pleasant work environment. Pay was more than minimum wage, but less than a living wage. No bonuses, raises, or growth opportunities. They do offer out of pocket benefits packages to choose from, and earned vacation/personal time (must have approval to get paid). Found it a constant battle to keep clients/accounts happy when Sales reps would promise clients services that terminals could not deliver on. Office/Terminal located near freeway, however commute to and from was long in traffic.
Pros
Holiday & Birthday Potlucks, 1 Hr lunch breaks
Cons
Angry customer phone calls, No bonuses, raises, or growth opportunities

Unprofessional, disorganized management and making money above safety.
Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  Anaheim, CAApril 16, 2018
Corporate and on site management both say different things. Safety is ignored. The bottom line is # 1 and anyone not performing is admonished publicly, treated poorly, warehouse is disorganize, DOT regulations are ignored, management, dispatch, drivers text and call each other will driving. Very unsafe. Upper manager micromanages and put down fellow managers or any worker as other workers hear. Very unprofessional place to work. The longer hours you work (11 plus )the more they expect. The workers are hard workers and good people.
Pros
pay, job
Cons
unsafe, unprofessional

Great Growing Company
Driver/Warehouse (Current Employee) –  Dallas-Fort Worth, TXMarch 2, 2018
A great company with values. I see a lot of negative reviews, but in reading them it seems that most people do not like change. This company is changing for the better and is a fair company with new management that is looking to grow the company for the good of the people working here. Management is supportive and cares about the long term security of the company as well as the people that work here. The company has the potential to be a great company.
Pros
Growth Opportunities
Cons
You have to be willing to embrace change.

Dockworker/lto (Current Employee) –  Tunnel Hill, GAFebruary 19, 2018
Good people on the dock. Used to be a wonderful company until 2015 when the private investors bought them out. Poor management now. No respect what so ever for the employees making them their money. It's all about their bonus. Implement new rules whenever they see fit. Especially when work is slow so they can fire employees. Then when it gets busy the rules don't apply anymore. They only apply to certain people anyways. Terrible company. First raise I've had in 4 years came just a few months ago and it wasn't much. Awesome people to work with its the management that kills the potential of the place. Great hyster drivers. Just no one is motivated or cares anymore because of management.
Pros
The co workers
Cons
Management. Equipment.

OS&D Operations Clerk/Outbound Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXJanuary 17, 2018
none one of the worst companies I have ever worked for you are basically a number to the higher ups, they don't give any raises unless you management, they will pay for people to come in for WAY more money but people who have been here for years have yet to see a raise unless you live in California.

Lift truck operator
Lift Truck Operator (Former Employee) –  Tunnel Hill, GASeptember 19, 2017
My typical day at work was very busy. I learned a lot about loading trailers and the freight business. Management was nice. Workplace culture lacked alot to be desired simply due to the habits of co-workers and their attitudes toward their job and other employees.
There really wasn't a hard part of this job. I enjoyed safely operating a lift truck.
Pros
Location to my home and benefits
Cons
Heat in hot summer months on the dock.
