I watched as this company went from a family orientated company with high morale to what it is today, a toxic culture. It's not a surprise to watch the stock price start to fall as their competitors increase. I've spoke to other branch employees and it seems to be the same. Really sad to see the direction this company has taken. I would be ashamed to read some of the Glassdoor or Inseed reviews if we're the CEO of this company.
To many bosses not enough workers

I am a former employee and i would say lowering inflated costs of parts and labor. Taking care of employees that actually care about the company
I would have more group activities besides working alone. The job was only temporary for the summer but it was agreat first job.
