If your interview is towards the afternoon or end of the day, expect that that person interviewing you had already interviewed ten people before yumthay dame day. They may come off rude, annoyed and tired during the interview. My recommendation would be to get that interview in first thing in the morning
HR is where you start then with the department supervisor. It's very low key and comfortable. Everyone is nice.

I went back 3 times and interviewed for the position. The credentialing process is awful. You need a reference from everyone you ever collaborated with, that's not bad if you are a new grad but if you've had a long career it's hard. The people in the credentialing department are very rude.
