Bad. All The new employees were depress during the training. I see them crying adult ...... It's sad.

To summarize my experience at Yale - it’s a good place to visit but a poor place to stay. If you’re new in your career, Yale looks great on your resume. But if you choose to make Yale your home , be ready to face endless bureaucracy, unprofessionalism, and incompetence.
