Change the managements of smilow because there is big Lock of connection and communication btwn them and the employees. Stop promoting friends and relatives in there.
I would get an external consultant to audit the senior leadership team and narrow down the source of incompetence and completely overhaul management and Human Resources. I worked for the office that was supposed to maintain the health and safety of the university, and it was an awful experience considering how unprofessional some people are in that office
Entire staff structure change. Current re-org will fail in my opinion as the work flow was made worse. Leaderships mismanagement of staff being a key factor
