It’s not a bad job just can get really busy so being able to be calm in a hectic environment is extremely helpful not to mention the work environment can be easy going

When I was younger I worked at Yalla on and off for 2 years. I had never worked in a restaurant before, but with fairly thorough training and a great backing I truly got into the swing of things in no time. My hiring Manager was so sweet and was in the company the entire time. The manager following her was younger, but so work-driven and honestly one of the most caring Manager's I've had to date. One time I accidentally smacked myself in the face with a robo-coupe and she immediately asked if I needed Work Comp and sent me home to recover when I said no. Even after her the new manager was still young, but he had a lot of Charisma and was also very hard working. I always had someone to refer to, and if you're willing to put in hard work this is a great and very rewarding job. You can build up your employment here in as little as months if you put in the effort!

While there were aspects about the Yalla environment that I found charming-- namely the healthy food and top notch equipment-- there were too many issues among the branches of management to allow for a sustainable and enjoyable work environment. The limited opportunities for promotion, minimal hours, and constant mistakes of administrators made the overall environment more stressful than the work necessitated.
