ASSISTANT MANAGER (Former Employee) – Collierville, TN – July 10, 2018
My typical day at work involved excellent customer service, opening and closing the store, bank runs, scheduling, payroll, communicating with the company DM, oversee productivity of the store, and assist and train the sales associates. I learned all my management skills from here that carry with me to this day. The workplace staff are directly involved with the success of one another and the overall sales of the day. The hardest part of the job was during the heavy flow of customers during the holidays. The most enjoyable part of the job was to interact with the customers in a fun atmosphere and experiment with all the fragrances the candles offer.
