The management, employees, and work system was great. I enjoyed the people I worked with. I also enjoyed being around so many candles. some of the customers were annoying but it was good.

YC is a good company to work for. Pay rate is a bit lower than other retailers compared to the work expectations.
Great product that is always evolving to be more competitive with other brands.
