Yardi is a good place to work. The people are nice, the material is engaging, and there's a lot of knowledge available to you. They provide employees laptops, programming software, licenses, training, free team lunches sometimes, and there's a holiday party.
Job security is good. Your experience is going to vary a lot by team.
Yardi is very family oriented. It's stable so the pay is not very high; it is hard to find affordable housing in my area.
Yardi is very diverse, the various modules offer horizontal moves eg. Commercial to Residential. I stayed on the same team and recommend switching.
Diversity, benefits, stability, training
Not much travel, not a lot of upward movement
