A lot of overtime but that is ok
Depends on your role on the project. If you are at a job site you might have to work nights or weekends weekly. Just know that laws went into effect about unpaid overtime hours for non-managers. So if you find yourself working 60-hours a week that's 1,040 hours a year that Yates does not intend to pay you for. Considering the fact that a typical 40-hour week is 2080-hours annually you are in fact working for a third less money.
