good work environment, outdated methods
good pace of work day, there are slow days, there are busy days. I came into this job not knowing anything of the banking field and found myself enjoying the daily tasks and puzzles that arise. managers are competent and helpful, eager to teach.

Great People
Locally owned bank that cares about the community. Employees are accommodating and nice to each other. Training could be improved but once you get the hang of it, its laid back and fun. Old school bank in the process of updating everything!

Best job I’ve ever had.
I started this job with no banking experience, the YB team was patient, and kind while helping me navigate the banking world. Friendly management, with highly intelligent, and competent employees.

Not a good work environment at all.
No clear sense of purpose, constant gossip, poor management, hoops to jump through for no reason, cliques in every branch, and you’re supposed to be insanely grateful for a random work breakfast.

I appreciate the integrity of management
I have been pleasantly surprised time and again when I see senior management making decisions that are unprofitable for the bank but are good for the customers and employees. Glad to get to work with such a great group of people.
