Just watch whether people feel they get payed enough. These days things are getting more expensive fast and lots of montana jobs arent being realistic in liveable wages

Watch the staff, especially management. Lots of lazy over paid people. Something needs to be done about housing. It's way too expensive to live in Big Sky. You pay well, but doesn't compensate for cost of living especially to hourly staff. You need people to stick around and they don't because of this reason. The Assistant GM and HR Director are the worst I have ever seen. Worst Discovery Property to work at.

Hire true leaders, compensate your workers appropriately, appreciate the hard working individuals that give your members service on a daily basis. If you were to keep your employees happy, your members would actually recieve the service they deserve when paying such high membership fees.
