Part time staff accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked. Full time staff working 40 hours per week begin accruing PTO (for time off and sick time) at a rate of 7.33 hours per pay period, 176 hours per year. That is prorated for full time staff who work 36 hours per week.

None no drug test either which should be a must because your working around children.

Such a high turn over rate they will take anyone the hardest part about getting this job was the online application.

I left. They don’t know how to treat staff, they use fear based leadership tactics, they require long hours with for little benefits. The culture is stressful, I was in and out of the hospital consistently due to the stress of the horrible working environment
