Take the $531,000 + annually salary that you received and give your "beloved" staff in the branches a decent raise. No wonder your member surveys are so low. Your branches are decaying and your branch staff are so overworked and under paid. Be ahead of the curve and invest in a livable wage. Your full time staff shouldn't have to work extra part time jobs! The branches shouldn't budget new locker rooms versus security cameras. You are too consumed on being the "biggest and best" YMCA that you can't see that your staff and therefore members ($$$) are unhappy. You say you are a non-profit but you act like more like a business.
