When I led staff: Day care 7am to 6pm
Health club. 10am to 6pm. Then 6pm to closing at 11pm
Special events in Auditorium- scheduled
According to events. Staff assigned but time was overtime for staff
Youth- school year - staff hours 2pm to 9pm Summer hours varied staff hours from 10am to 8pm.

Your hours of work depends on the time it takes you to get the job done. I work 10-14 hours a day, but I have staff that work 8 hours a day and do an amazing job getting their jobs done.

Inconsistent and unusual shifts. 430 to 715 on monday, 4 to 715 on tuesday through thursday, little flexibility in time off, subs, and switching shifts.
