What are the qualifications to work YMCA according to what your making/title? I just see pay rates/titles?

Maintain and make sure everything is in place and secure.
CPR certified, Swim pretty well
Bachelor degree and 37k
Must be cpr/first aid certified.
We had to attend all certification classes, online and in person . Every month or so, all the Aquatic Dept would gather for a group meeting to brush off our CPR and emergency procedures.

This depends on what position you are going for. At minimum they just need people who know how to be around children and work with them.
I am CPR/BLS Certified
Pass a background check, have CPR and first aid training, and for becoming a lifeguard you need a separate license.
No qualifications change the names and job titles as they see fit
