Information is provided by the carrier not York. The procedure is make 2 calls to the insured then one call to the agent. If no response, then close it out. Making $20 -25 for making three phone calls is pretty good. If you're making more phone calls than that, you only have yourself to blame. Follow procedures!!
Bad and very unprofessional
The home office staff is clueless as to what is going on in the field.
A number of the home office reviewers do not know the ISO codes adn ratings. One agent kept arguing that a poured concrete pre fab building was a frame building because he saw interior walls of wood frame as the photo was taken during construction.
