High turnover! York is more concerned about pleasing their clients than compensation for the employees handling those clients' accounts. Horrible management, favoritism, and promoting the mentally unstable. Horrible environment and low pay.

If you've been there for more than a year and worked 1250 hours then you have 12 weeks of FMLA (unpaid). If you do not qualify for FMLA then you would have 6 weeks of STD.

I have no issues going to work and fulfilling my roles. Management and this team is my passion. I have handled claims for almost 20 years and love what I do. I do fear job security as York loses employees and does not re hire to fill positions
