Upper management doesn't care about anyone. It's all about grinding every penny out of middle management and front line workers. It's just a bad place to work.
Fitness Director/Personal Trainer in Douglasville, GA

Worked at Youfit for 5 1/2 years and the turnover rate was the worst I’ve seen in a business, not just from part time front desk but also no stability within the management. The pay is terrible compared to the hours I’d have to work. They explain how easy it is to be promoted but then hold you back when you try to take the steps to be promoted. They furloughed my position while I was there so instead of compensating my current pay they offered me a demotion with sprinkles on it and called it a lateral move.

Overall the company was good. A lot of upper management changes. I would return if I ever wanted to get back into the fitness industry. I enjoyed the petiole that worked for me the most.
