I think doing employee evaluations and giving bonuses or a pay raise based on their performance would be good. I like my position but in order to get any kind of raise I'd have to move to a different position. The opportunities are there but I like where I am at.

So long I was hired by a much larger competitor of YAG before YAG could even set up an official in person interview with a dealership. I actually completed 4 interviews and an extensive background check at a much larger auto group within the 2 weeks it took YAG to arrange an in person interview with whatever dealership they had considered me for. With my years of Solid Employment in Sales Management, I was very surprised by their very slow and lackadaisical interview and hiring process. I understand exercising caution and taking time to hire the right people, but especially being in a NOW industry and market place, YAG moves too slow when it comes to dealing with high value experienced applicants. With that said, everyone seemed pleasant, professional and caring... Just way too slow for my speed.
