I think doing employee evaluations and giving bonuses or a pay raise based on their performance would be good. I like my position but in order to get any kind of raise I'd have to move to a different position. The opportunities are there but I like where I am at.

A few weeks. After the interview process, we run a background check, pull a driving record, and send you for a drug test. Depending on the job, and how fast they need to fill the position it could be faster, or a bit slower than this.
