There are reasons why they can't keep teachers. The fights are constant, students are rarely given significant discipline for sweaing at you and management is beyond non supportive. You get academic coaching if/ when they have time to provide it and a lot of lip service. Grad rates are so high because so few actually graduate! As for college acceptance. Faculty is wonderful but very stressed them...
