Remote Customer Service Agent in WFM

Your Employment Solutions gets a thumbs up in my book. They gave me a chance when others wouldn't. I get to work from home, for a decent pay rate that I can live on, and it's customer service work that I've done in the past. The hardest part of the job is having to tell people what they don't want to hear. But all my years in customer service have taught me that you just have to find a way to spin the bad news into something good.

I was just taking calls for unemployment. It was easy work, and remote. Calls were always back to back, so I was usually always busy. It was easy to request time off as well.

Typical day is answering incoming calls related to unemployment benefits.Full time. They ONLY pay you ONE break (15min)The training suppose to be 3 days and it turned down to be 2 days. They want you to take calls right away. Lack of information. Since we are hired under a third party company, we cannot tell much to callers. Mondays and perhaps Tuesdays are busy, after that.. low calls. You are basically sitting there waiting for calls.Benefits is terrible. Obama Care and you have to wait 90 days.NO PTO or Holidays pay. This type of job is ONLY useful while you are looking for something else. They keep posting the same job OVER and OVER.

I got a job working in a warehouse through Your Employment Solutions. The people at Your Employment Solutions asked me how much I wanted to make an hour and found a job opening where I could make that much. They helped me secure the position and be prepared for my first day. Every day at the warehouse, someone from Your Employment Solutions was there to help us with any payroll, scheduling, or any other work issues that needed to be fixed. I would work for Your Employment Solutions again. They're a great company for anyone looking for a steady job to get hired for quickly.
