I honestly use to live working there. Most of the people who worked there adored it but it began to change. It felt like a cult or some nightmare you were suck in purgatory. Sounds dramatic... but working there was dramatic. Everything seemed staged... well as far as mgmt. we would do morning huddle and start with jumping jacks. Living far away we had to drive aFor a sit in meeting for 30-60 mins. It was a company who dreams to be big. A company with premium services but no premium pay.

Positive Environment, Amazing Team

It is refreshing to find an environment where you can feel like you are really making an impact in the community. The team is amazing, all with the mentality of serving our patients to the best of our abilities. They promote a positive work/home balance. Very specific fast pace envirment

This office has some things I loved and some things I did not. The job itself and the patient base was amazing and truly made you feel like you were making a difference. But there were certain teaching techniques I did not agree with.

Positive, fun place to work

This practice is an awesome office, the staff is very knowledgeable and caring. The owners are very positive people who strive to be the best daily .A typical day at the practice is fast paced, not much down time at all. Checking in patients, doing insurance verifications and all around insuring patients get the best care possible and in a timely manner. Also managing multi line telephones and website appointment requests. I have learned how to be even more efficient, my co-workers are great and welcoming, total "team" atmosphere. The hardest part of the job is learning the dental terminology, the most enjoyable part is serving patients who truly appreciate you.
