as far as the company:
The hiring process was simple. The training started right away(training and driving are paid at minimum wage) The training opportunities including Free Lunch!, are a regular thing. The cost of your auto insurance may increase, since you need 100k-300k coverage for bodily injury in order to drive families.
My work week is about 30 hours including driving time to and from clients, paperwork and any training or one on one supervision.
