Your schedule is completely flexible between you and the parent/guardian of your client. You must visit with your client 10 hours per week.

The good thing about this job was that you could work out a schedule that accommodated the foster parent, child and yourself.Most of the Support Specialist had full-time jobs. You could see the children after school at their home, in school, at camp and on weekends.
