YDI is a horrible place to work for. I would only reccomend this job to someone just getting out of college needing some quick experience to get further into their career. The management lack knowledge of what's going on in the RTC. Several code "yellows" are called daily with the constant verbal and physical aggression at this facility. I personally - more... got punched in the back extremely hard by a client on the Voyager 1 unit while working with another client. I was upset and walked out of the room to the staff station. Later upon management looking at the tape they only asked me what I could do b ... - less
ProsFree food
ConsNo breaks, under paid, management, mandatory OT, 10 hour days, verbal and physical aggression from clients
