Its very new school but it does go back to how things was before. It was a cool laid back environment. rarely had any problems and t was like we work together but not to the point where everyone is mad at each other for something petty. just us learning to be one.

Stop depending on other workers who have been with the organization for awhile to train others instead of management leveling up and knowing the department they are managing. Managers don't know how to train they leave it up to other employees to just tell you what you should do in your position.
