Check on your facilities. Talk to staff one on one. Clean house if the turn over rate is high especially when experienced staff quit. It is hard to find people in this field. That's a red flag that shouldn't be ignored. Pay staff more. Increase rewards. Especially for loyalty staff.

16 hours and up to a 18/20 hour day. They do not care for the safety of their staff. No breaks. Always out of ratio. They don’t care if you get hurt or are running on. I sleep.

I would fix the schedule so people wouldn't have to work a lot of doubles. Change so people positions. Listen to staff opinions and views especially the floor staff they see everything and know a lot
