Really expensive healthcare. $25,000 if you die on the job (which has happened). Lots of overtime (often when you don't want it) double time On holidays (and no choice but to work them)

Insurance is terrible & expensive. PTO accrual is good, but you'll never be allowed to use it, due to them needing you to work all the time.
