Worst job encounter I’ve ever had. Staff were extremely rude. Supervisor gave no support and the kids were horrible. No respect for their staff or anyone for that matter. I would definitely not recommend this horrible place to work at.

Not enough trainings. During my time working with YPI, I felt OVERWORKED and I often did duties that management was supposed to do. Did not get compensation for it. YPI needs to hire people who truly know what they are doing.
