BAD: Management has very unrealistic expectations of work load. Overtime is NOT allowed yet you are expected to do 50 hours of work within 40 hrs. YFA cares about numbers and who can fill the open positions. Very high turnover and burnout rate.
Not enough training and support of new hires. Poor upper management. some employees can be judgemental. - more...
GOOD: Case management positions offer great learning experience if you are able to handle pressure at court and high work load. There is opportunity to help families come together and make a positive change. - less
ProsGood learning experience
