Management needs to go

Very unprofessional behavior from management, getting fired is not uncommon and for whatever reason they believe. Management is not up to par, empowerment is not happening on any level, and the advocates are untrained and not capable of handing clients in a way that they deserve. Promotions happen very quickly and are not justified.

Loved the work but not the management.

I enjoyed working with survivors at our shelter but the management is very unsupportive. The upper management has run off a lot of good staff. They are very unsupportive when staff are in a crisis situation or experiencing burn out. But they will talk a big game about self care.

This is the worst organization to work for. The supervision team is a joke. If there is any sense of conflict or miscommunication, it becomes a very argumentative, cantankerous environment.
