There is not a current CEO. Company needs to be reorganized to better service the customer. Listen to people that work in the stores and not in a square box that never speaks to the customer. Send your Corp. people to the field for a week and I know things would change for the better. It’s not a clothing store it’s a furniture store. Stop managing like it is . Lead your people , speak to them ask them questions . Buy new product not product that’s been there for five to ten years.
Stop opening stores and focus on fixing the ones tou have.
