The pay is very good here but that’s about it. The managers suck at least the ones I had they had no idea how to do their job, I knew more after only a week of training. My manager was also very rude

Place seems to change leadership often and you never know what to expect, you just have to accepts that's the norm. The main office has nice amenities. The company supports their employees, but towards the end, they tightened their budget so personal development was not readily available. Leadership is good about giving company updates and direction of the company.

Unless you suck em off no advancement. Vacation and benefits take forever to be alright. Alot of backstabbing and ppl that don't know what they're doing.

Zachry is a great company, with lots of room for advancement amongst different departments. Managers are very laid back and understanding of having a life outside of work and needing to take off. Nice perks - HSA, 401K, Cafe & Gym on site. Not a bad place to work. Raises are consistent but typically around 3% increase. No bonuses. Some departments are very clicky.
