They need to give the opportunity to someone who does need employment and not favorite someone and not related to someone. This is becoming a habit to this company. They hire relatives and no one finds out.

Ok...so I reviewed Zachry under a different name, I think...maybe just Zachry Group...and I gave it glowing reviews. It's truly a great company....all except one issue. I can't believe I forgot about it, because it was one major thing (besides being put into a recruiter role when I didn't want to be) that made me want to leave. When they have full time employees (non-outage work) and those employees have been there a year and earned PTO...when they leave, they don't pay the PTO balance out. It's pretty shameful, and to be honest WAY beneath Zachry in my opinion. I can honestly say that I haven't worked for a better company, so that ONE thing is pretty glaring. They need to change that policy ASAP.

Starting off at $17.50 and can go all the way up to $27 as top helper in a craft. The number next to the helper or labor means the level of experience they have. Example 3=low and 1=top
