It can do better
Better management please their management sucks and need to hire more employees and get a better uniform clothes. And work less labor and stop over working the employees by giving more hours and there not even full time .

Pay is ok managements sucks and so do customers
Customers are messy and entitled. Management for the most part delegates and doesn’t perform/carry their own weight. Pay is ok, corporate and management have favorites. Politics at the end of the day.
